I acknowledge that the above listed participant’s participation in the Brisbane Classic 2026 and training sessions, and my assent thereto, is voluntary. I further agree that as a parent/legal guardian of the participant, I take full responsibility for the behaviour and conduct of participant and any consequences resulting from his or her actions while participating in the Event. I agree, consent and affirm, and, on behalf of participant minor to be bound by this waiver and release of liability form.

In consideration of agreement by BNE Royals / USA Pathways to permit participant to participate in the Brisbane Classic 2026 and training, and as consideration for the right to participate in the event, I hereby, for participant, myself, my heirs, executors, administrations, assigns, or any other personal representatives or persons with power of attorney over me, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this Waiver and Release of Liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of participant’s participation in the Brisbane Classic 2026 and training sessions, and do hereby release and forever discharge the event, BNE Royals / USA Pathways, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, subsidiaries, consultants, insurers, independent contractors, affiliates, managers, members, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical injury, property damage, expenses of any nature whatsoever, psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that may be suffered as a direct or indirect result of participation in the Brisbane Classic 2026 and training sessions, including but not limited to claims that are known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, future or contingent.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to participant and myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability or death), illness, damage, monetary loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind, that I or participant may experience or incur in connection with my attendance and participant’s participation at the Brisbane Classic 2026 and training sessions.
